Audit firm which are presently doing concurrent audit of our branches/offices or Audit Firm whose tenure is expiring on 30th June-2021 after completing three years , should not apply through this process The Application should be submitted on-line in the prescribed format given in Bank’s website www.bankofindia.co.in. Incomplete application will not be entertained. MERE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION DOES NOT, IN ANY WAY, CONSTITUTE GUARANTEE FOR EMPANELMENT / ALLOTMENT OF AUDIT JOB OF ANY NATURE FROM THE BANK.   Govt extends income tax compliance, PAN-Aadhaar linking deadlines    The government on Friday extended several deadlines for income tax compliances in wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Deadline for mandatory linking of Aadhaar with permanent account number (PAN) has been extended for a further period of three months till September 30. The Centre had already extended the deadline several times in the past as well in view of the challenges faced by the people due to coronavirus pandemic. Earlier this year, the deadline was extended from March 31 till June 30.

Covid-19: India partially lifts ban on export of paracetamol and HCQ   Delhi  : With coronavirus (Covid-19) spreading at a rapid pace in the country and the neighbourhood, India has partially eased restrictions on export of paracetamol and Hydroxychloroquine. It has decided to licence paracetamol & Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) in appropriate quantities to all our neighbouring countries who are dependent on India's capabilities, the Ministry of External Affairs announced. HCQ is the same drug that US President Donald Trump had sought from India and warned of retaliation if India did not supply the drug. MEA said, "We will also be supplying these essential drugs to some nations who have been particularly badly affected by the pandemic. We would, therefore, discourage any speculation in this regard or any attempts to politicise the matter". Dear Client You must be busier beginning the financial year. As always, changing into the new financial year is easy for a Tally user. It is a simple two-step process: • To change the  period to next year  – Go to  Gateway of Tally   , press  Alt+F2   and change the period. Balances from the previous financial year will be carried forward. • You can always refer back to previous data by pressing  Alt+F2   from  Gateway of Tally  and change the period to the preferred previous financial year. Ordinance issued to make PM CARES donations tax free   Delhi  : The government has issued an ordinance to give effect to the relaxation in several compliances including extension in last dates to June 30 for making investments in instruments such as National Savings Certificates, Public Provident Fund for claiming income tax benefits. Income tax Act, Benami Act are being sought to be amended via the ordinance - Taxation and Other LAws(Relaxation of Certain Provisions) Ordinance, 2020. The ordinance also seeks to amend the Income Tax Act to enable 100% deduction to donations made to the PM's Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situations (PM CARES) Fund, set up to enable citizens to contribute to government’s containment efforts against the Covid-19 outbreak.
